ROBERT TRAVER ~ Laughing Whitefish ~ HB, 1965 1st Edition, 221 pgs. Exc D/J has minor edge wear and is protected in clear plastic. For 14 years, Robert Traver (John Voelker) was the DA of an iron mining community located in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. He was appotinted to the Supreme Court of Michigan in 1957 where he wrote over 100 decisions. After resigning from the MI high court, he continued his writing. This was his 3rd novel and 8th book. A great "in-between" the hatch read while sitting on the bank of the river.
